**1. Sales Report Management**
- Collect and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the field sales staff.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales records.
- Analyze sales data to prepare performance summaries and reports for the management team.

**2. Coordination with Field Sales Staff**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and field sales teams.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports by field staff.
- Address any queries or concerns raised by the sales team regarding orders, targets, or inventory.

**3. Distributor Coordination**
- Communicate with distributors regarding sales orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in order processing.
- Monitor stock levels at distributor locations and ensure sufficient inventory to meet demand.
- Coordinate with distributors to resolve any issues related to order execution, payments, or deliveries.

**4. Order Management**
- Track sales orders from receipt to execution, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
- Liaise with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide regular updates on order status to field sales teams and distributors.

**5. Inventory Monitoring**
- Monitor stock availability at distributor and company levels.
- Anticipate and address potential stock shortages by coordinating with the supply chain and procurement teams.

**6. Communication and Follow-Ups**
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, distributors, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and any distributor or sales staff requests.

**7. Administrative Support**
- Maintain a centralized database for sales reports, distributor records, and inventory details.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales coordination, such as order processing and invoicing.

**8. Sales Target Monitoring**
- Track the performance of field sales staff against their assigned sales targets.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to help them achieve their goals.

**9. Issue Resolution**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales order discrepancies, inventory shortages, or delivery delays.
- Escalate unresolved matters to higher management as needed.

**10. Reporting to Management**
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, order status, and distributor activities.
- Highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to bridge the gap between the company, distributors, and the sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
