**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:
Handle **inbound and outbound calls** with clients and prospects to assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
- **Follow-ups**:
Track and follow up on leads, quotations, payments, deliveries, and client requirements.
- **Documentation & Paperwork**:
Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, agreements, and internal records.
- **Coordination**:
Coordinate with the sales, operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution of sales and service processes.
- **CRM & Reporting**:
Update and maintain client information in the CRM system. Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports** as required.
- **Administrative Support**:
Assist the sales team in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining proper filing and documentation systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Sales Coordinator** or similar administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools** (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales procedures, documentation, and CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
