Robotics Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**:
Curriculum development: Develop a comprehensive robotics training curriculum aligned with the Atal Tinkering Lab guidelines, incorporating Arduino, electronics, and coding principles suitable for students at the Greater Noida school.

**Conduct training sessions**: Deliver engaging and interactive robotics training sessions to students, covering topics such as robotics fundamentals, Arduino programming, electronics, and coding, with a specific emphasis on integrating ATL initiatives.

**Hands-on demonstrations**: Demonstrate the construction and programming of robots using ATL methodologies, Arduino, and other relevant technologies, ensuring students gain practical knowledge and experience within the context of the Atal Tinkering Lab.

**Individual support**: Provide personalized guidance and support to students during training sessions, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

**Assess student progress**: Evaluate students' understanding and progress through regular assessments, projects, and practical evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their robotics skills and track their ATL-related achievements.

**Stay up-to-date**: Continuously research and explore advancements in robotics, ATL methodologies, Arduino, electronics, and coding to update the training content, ensuring it reflects the latest technologies and practices.

**Collaborate with school staff**: Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate robotics training into the overall curriculum, aligning it with the school's educational goals and ATL objectives.

**Documentation and reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student progress, and ATL-related achievements. Prepare reports on students' robotics skills development and participation in ATL initiatives as required.

**Person Specification**:

- Minimum qualification of a **B.Tech degree** in a relevant field such as robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Robotics Trainer or similar role, demonstrating expertise in ATL, Arduino, electronics, and coding.
- In-depth knowledge of robotics principles, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Proficiency in Arduino programming and electronics concepts.
- Strong understanding of coding principles and experience with relevant languages such as Python or C++.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Patience and adaptability to effectively work with students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective support to students.
- Residing in the Greater Noida area or the ability to commute easily to the school.
- Passion for robotics education and a genuine interest in fostering students' enthusiasm for STEM fields, particularly within the context of ATL initiatives
