Partnering with NextWaveSTEM means creating a generation of innovators and leaders ready for tomorrow's challenges.About the RoleThis is a remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential Sales Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and instructor/teacher candidates in the US and other countries, including India. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing job boards, aligning with the company's sales and operations teams to identify needs and requirements for the ideal candidate, screening and interviewing potential candidates, and (upon hire) candidate onboarding and ongoing HR performance management.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage job boardsAlign with the company's sales and operations teams to identify needs and requirements for the ideal candidateScreen and interview potential candidatesCandidate onboarding and ongoing HR performance management (upon hire)QualificationsExperience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within education or edtech sectorsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal teamsFamiliarity with K-12 education roles, such as teachers, instructors, and education sales staffAbility to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively in a remote settingComfortable managing multiple job postings and candidate pipelines simultaneouslyProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM-style toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environmentRequired SkillsExperience in talent acquisition or recruitingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with K-12 education rolesAbility to source, screen, and interview candidatesProficiency with ATS or CRM toolsStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivatedPreferred SkillsExperience within education or edtech sectorsComfortable managing multiple job postings
