Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Head to lead our technical and educational strategy. You will be responsible for driving innovation in program design, managing technical teams, and fostering a collaborative environment that cultivates technology-driven learning. Your leadership will ensure our STEM initiatives remain industry-relevant and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for curriculum and lab operations.
• Lead development and delivery of STEM education programs focused on AI, robotics, ML, drones, IoT, and 3D printing.
• Manage and mentor instructors and technical staff to enhance skill development and innovation culture.
• Oversee resource allocation, lab management, and hands-on project experiences.
• Collaborate with industry partners and academic experts to keep programs current and aligned with standards.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and teaching methodologies.
• Organize workshops, innovation fests, and tech competitions fostering entrepreneurship and applied skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and contribute to continuous curriculum enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Education, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in technical education, STEM program management, or innovation centers.
• Strong expertise in AI, robotics, machine learning, drones, IoT, and 3D printing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
• Experience working with regulatory standards like NEP and Skill India is preferred.
• Passion for advancing technology education and innovation-driven learning.
