**Location**: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement)

**Role**: Customer Service - International Voice Process
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
**Salary**: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,50,000 per annum
**Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred
**Transport Facility**: 2-Way Cab Provided

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate (Recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
- Immediate joiners only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for US Healthcare clients professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
