We are currently seeking a Solution Architect to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
- Manage day-to day relationship with client to ensure the effective delivery of outsourced services to client business.
- Understand service offerings so that new business opportunities can be identified and articulated.
- Provide sales support.
- Drive all aspects of project management activity including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring the following:

- Identify change that affect scope, schedule and resources. Ensure that they are managed and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan.
- Define, approve, manage, control scope and ensure completed deliverables are accepted by the customer.
- Develop and Manage schedule for on-time delivery.
- Estimate costs and manage to deliver project within customer approved budget, while preserving profit margins.
- Assign and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and manage risks and issues proactively
- Ensure that high quality is planned and delivered on the project, meeting all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience.
- Ensure that communications are planned and conducted during the project to ensure stakeholders are involved, expectations are accurately set, managed, and key stakeholders receive adequate communications throughout the project life-cycle and this includes customer and NTT DATA stakeholders.
