We have an exciting opportunity on our team for aSolutions Architect . The Solutions Architect will work alongside the US Solutions Team to respond to RFP’s, create proposals, and develop a sales pipeline. . The Solutions Architect will have two primary areas of responsibility: 1) business development 2) sales solutioning. The focus of business development is lead generation and qualification, with volume and quality metrics. In addition, the Solutions Architect will help to form strategies and execute sales campaigns. Sales solutioning focuses on setting and executing sales strategy at the opportunity level and developing deals through to win/closure. The priorities of this role will shift between the two functions as business needs dictate.What can you expect to do?Engage with prospects and listen to what procurement solutions may be the best fit for their needsEducate, answer questions, and connect resources to potential clients on ProcureAbility’s offerings and capabilitiesDevelop solutions and create proposals to prospective clients' business needsProduce and manage the creation of high-quality, professional deliverables, proposals, and RFx responsesDocument sales solutioning approach, pricing strategy, client notes, and create other documentation as needed in the sales cycleEngage with ProcureAbility delivery leaders as needed for delivery services subject matter expertise and proposal developmentManage the end to end sales cycle with prospective clients from inbound opportunity through closeFocus on shortening the length of the sales cycle by generating quality leads and acting as quality control to ensure prospective client clients align with our product mixConduct market research and individual prospect researchDrive standardization in solutioning process and approach Facilitate contract negotiations with LegalDrive continuous process improvement to increase yield in SQL to win ratioSet and manage sales metrics, dashboard oversight, and maintenance and report to internal stakeholdersMaintain CRM (Hubspot) to manage pipeline and ensure accurate forecastingWhat is the experience needed to be successful in this role?Minimum of five (5) years in business development/solutions/sales and/or equivalent work experience within the procurement functionExperience supporting US-based and global companies and clients across timezonesWorked within procurement consulting worldExperience in negotiation, contract triage, and administrationCore Competencies:Excellent business development and client relationship skillsExcellent storytelling, documentation, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence clients, including C-Suite executivesStrong active listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questionsProficient in Microsoft suite of applications, expert PowerPoint and slide creation skillsSelf-starter, demonstrating initiative and confidence, ability to self-motivate, and work collaboratively with othersAbility to manage own workload, maintain deadlines, and prioritize / reprioritize effectivelyAbility to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and results-driven team environmentAttention to detail in a metrics-driven modelAbility to provide 6 or more hours of overlap with US Eastern Time ZoneAbility to attend conferences and represent ProcureAbility as required
