**Job Title**: Legal Counsel

**Location**: Pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**: Rest The Case is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. As a legal aggregator platform dedicated to connecting lawyers and clients and making legal services accessible, we need a legal professional who can provide sound legal advice, ensure compliance, and support our mission of transforming the legal landscape.

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents**:

- Prepare, review, and negotiate sales deeds, property registration agreements, MOUs, lease agreements, and other property-related legal documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, legally sound, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- **Property Law Advisory**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
- Interpret property laws, regulations, and legal precedents to advise stakeholders on risk and compliance matters.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, to support smooth delivery of services.
- **Legal Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on property laws, legal precedents, and emerging regulations to stay updated on industry developments.
- Develop and update standard templates and policies to streamline property-related legal processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a master’s degree (LLM) in property law or related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating property-related legal documents, including sales deeds, MOUs, and lease agreements.
- Strong knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadline

Pay: ₹9,455.28 - ₹52,223.34 per month
