Navi Mumbai Maharashtra, India ASK Design and Build Full time

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee all our Interior design and construction projects. You will be monitoring on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress status to the Project Manager. Besides, you will be keeping a watchful eye on the Contractors as well as on-site labour - civil, plumbing, electrical carpentry. You will be required to travel all across Mumbai to our various on-going sites.

You will be conducting regular inspections and apart from supervising, you should track inventory supplies and convey to the project team if anything needs to be ordered.

You will be coordinating with fit-out teams of ongoing sites.

Knowledge of CAD or atleast ability to interpret CAD drawings.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the progress of all construction, renovation work with civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry teams at on-going sites
- Regularly checking inventory, stock of material on site
- Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
- Able to understand CAD drawings
- Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
- Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Communicating the progress report to the Project Manager
- Attending any on-site meetings or events

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Interior Design
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work for long hours and willing to travel all across Mumbai to various on-going sites.
- Ability to interpret technical documents - CAD drawings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred)
