**About the Role**

We Herbal is a fast-growing Ayurvedic skincare brand guided by the trusted expertise of **Dr. Rashmi Joshi**. We’re looking for a polite, proactive, and detail-oriented **Customer Service Executive** to manage incoming queries, order support, and **consultation bookings** with Dr. Rashmi Joshi.

You’ll be the warm, reliable voice that makes our customers feel heard, helped, and healed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to order queries, delivery issues, returns/exchanges
- Resolve concerns regarding product usage, ingredients, or benefits
- Share accurate product and usage guidance from Ayurvedic perspective
- **Manage Free & Paid Consultations with Dr. Rashmi Joshi**:

- Coordinate appointment bookings & rescheduling
- Share intake forms, reminders, Zoom/phone call links
- Follow up for reviews, results, and prescription follow-through
- **Order Coordination & Tracking**:

- Assist in order confirmations (especially COD)
- Share payment links, shipping updates, and dispatch notifications
- Coordinate with shipping partners on behalf of the customer
- **Customer Experience Management**:

- Maintain polite, patient, and empathetic communication
- Build a personal rapport with returning customers
- Flag repeat concerns or feedback to the team for improvement
- **Data Handling & CRM Updates**:

- Maintain proper records of consultations, orders, complaints
- Share daily/weekly summary reports with the team
- Use tools like Google Sheets, Shopify CRM, or WhatsApp API

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or coordination experience
- Fluent in English & Hindi (verbal and written)
- Empathetic, well-spoken, and calm under pressure
- Basic understanding of skincare or Ayurvedic concepts (training will be provided)

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, or wellness customer support
- Familiar with Shopify, Razorpay, or other eCommerce platforms
- Voice call handling or inbound customer care experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
