**Position Title: Front Office Administrator**

**Summary**: The Front Office Administrator is responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

**Salary : 10000 to 15000**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain office calendars and schedule reminders as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with resolving any facility-related problems or concerns.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contact lists and employee directories.
- Input data into various databases and software systems.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
- May require occasional overtime or evening hours, depending on business needs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
