The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, managing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all export documentation required for international shipments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth shipping processes, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely delivery to overseas clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare complete and accurate export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other required shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and other related parties for booking and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations, export laws, and client requirements.
- Manage documentation for letters of credit (LC), bank negotiation, and post-shipment processes.
- Track and monitor shipment status and maintain up-to-date records.
- Maintain communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation needs.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and buyers.
- Handle post-shipment documentation discrepancies and resolve related issues.
- Maintain filing systems for all shipping documentation for audit and record-keeping purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
