
Export Documentation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely and accurate shipments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws and export regulations.
- Track shipments and maintain up-to-date records of dispatches and deliveries.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation flow and resolve any related issues.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all export-related paperwork and digital records.
- Follow up with concerned authorities for bill of lading, certificate of origin, inspection certificates, etc., if required.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Basic knowledge of export procedures and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle documentation independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
