## *Position*: Telecalling Executive - Cosmetics Brand

*Location*: Navi Mumbai

*Type*: Full-time

## *What You’ll Do*:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our beauty and cosmetics products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product options.
- Follow up on leads and help boost sales with your persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the database.

## *What We’re Looking For*:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in the beauty or retail industry).
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individuals with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetics or a keen interest in beauty products.

Pay: ₹14,461.76 - ₹25,657.31 per month
