**Essential Qualification**:Graduate in **Pharmacy / Microbiology / Biochemistry/ Biotechnology / Life Sciences. **Post Graduates in above streams will be preferred.

**Experience**:At least 6monthsexperience in Pharmacy, Disease Surveillance, Drug distribution, Microbiology lab or Public Health Research with basic IT skills.

**Age Limit**: 32 years as of the date of interview.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for bacteriological data entry in the AMR Surveillance system regularly and performing regular backups at the respective Project sites.

2. Responsible for planning and execution of all the data management-related work of the project.

3. The Project Assistant is responsible for collecting data on antibiotic prescriptions from various sources such as public/private hospitals and pharmacies.

4. Observing Patient-Doctor and Patient-Pharmacist interaction, interviewing patients on antibiotic consumption and access to health care.

5. Responsible for liasoning with the team on the ground to collect, store, and process the data to ensure the better implementation of the project.

6. Review all documents and information for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.

7. Perform quality checks on the data to ensure that it is error-free and meets the required standards.

8. Organize and manage the data systematically, making it easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

9. Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and additional documents when required.

10. Maintains confidentiality of the test reports and patient-related information.

11. Communicate with healthcare professionals, such as Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians, and Pharmacists to obtain additional information, as required.

12. The Project Assistant should be able to communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

13. Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

14. Working closely with the reporting manager to update, maintain and manage the data.

15. Undertaking any other responsibility assigned by the immediate supervisor for the successful completion of project objectives.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
