**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Brand Management**: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand identity.

**Campaign Analysis**: Analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate marketing events, both online and offline, to promote products/services and engage with the target audience.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.

**Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for design.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
