**Job Title: Google Ads Expert**

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting for maximum performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives are compelling and aligned with the brand.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with other paid media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience in managing e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns.
- Familiarity with landing page tools (Unbounce, Instapage) and CRM integrations.
