CodeNomad is looking for an expert Google Ads Expert who can work with the Digital Marketing Team in managing online advertising campaigns for businesses using Google Ads, a digital advertising platform developed by Google.

**Primary Resposibilities**:
1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement online advertising strategies to meet business objectives, such as increasing website traffic, generating leads, or boosting sales.

2. Campaign Setup: Create and set up Google Ads campaigns, including ad groups, keywords, and ad copy.

3. Keyword Research: Conduct extensive research on industry-specific keywords and use them to optimize ad targeting.

4. Ad Creation: Create and test various ad formats, such as text ads, image ads, and video ads, to maximize ad performance.

5. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, such as adjusting bids, testing ad variations, and refining audience targeting.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting to clients.

7. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and ensure that campaigns stay within budget.

8. Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their business needs, discuss campaign performance, and recommend strategic changes.

**Qualifications for a Google Ad Expert typically include**:
1. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including experience in campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

2. Understanding of digital advertising and marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.

4. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing software.

5. Excellent communication and project management skills to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
