**Job Title**: PPC Expert - Google Ads & Meta Ads
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Conduct thorough **keyword research** to ensure high ROI and relevance.
- Develop and execute **A/B testing strategies** for ad creatives and **landing pages**.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate regular reports and insights to communicate performance and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creative ad copies and visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing and digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of proven experience** in managing PPC campaigns.
- Proficient in **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Video) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong understanding of keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ubersuggest).
- Experience in **A/B testing** and landing page performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
