**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific marketing goals such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

2. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to ensure effective campaign performance and relevancy.

3. Perform A/B testing and continually analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

4. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to stay abreast of changes and opportunities in the digital advertising landscape.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

7. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

8. Stay updated with new features and tools within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and implement them to enhance campaign performance.

9. Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and PPC advertising.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong track record of driving results.

3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
