**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Plan, execute, and manage **Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ad campaigns**.
- Conduct **in-depth keyword research** and create high-converting ad copies.
- Optimize campaigns for **Quality Score, Ad Rank, and lower CPC**.
- Implement **Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies**.

**Social Media Paid Advertising**:

- Set up and optimize **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ad campaigns**.
- Create and test **lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting**.
- Develop **A/B testing strategies** for ad creatives, copies, and CTAs.
- Monitor **CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS** to optimize performance.

**Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Work with designers and developers to create **high-converting landing pages**.
- Optimize ad funnels for **maximum lead generation and conversion**.
- Implement **heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior tracking**.

**Budgeting & Performance Analysis**:

- Manage ad budgets efficiently to **maximize ROI**.
- Prepare **weekly/monthly reports** with performance insights and optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with the **latest PPC trends, bidding strategies, and ad platform updates**.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of hands-on experience** in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Proven track record of **managing high-budget campaigns** with strong ROI.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager**.
- Expertise in **conversion tracking, pixel setup, and retargeting strategies**.
- Experience with **landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, etc.)**.
- Strong analytical skills with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio**.
- Ability to work independently and **drive revenue growth through paid ads**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
