we’re hiring a customer care executive to help us provide the best possible experience to every customer who interacts with us.

**Objectives**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues

**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer conversations across all our support via phone
- Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support
- Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience
- Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
- Age limit 18 to 26 years male & female both can apply
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Exceptional problem-solving ability
- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,228.36 - ₹22,036.76 per month
