Key Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of the customers and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in [Languages required - (Telugu, Kannada)
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Ability to be clear and precise.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections with ease.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
