**Job Description-**
- Bolster GWP growth of the company through selling non motor products such as SFSP, Marine, IAR, WC, GPA etc.
- Manage channel partners and companies for attaining GWP growth, identify cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Give presentations on regular basis to both external and internal stakeholders
- The job role will require regular number of meetings with external stakeholders and travel
- Identify new channel partners and SMEs for business opportunities
- Coordination with various departments of the organisation
- Constant learning developments through organisation learning platforms and certification courses.

**Skills Required-**
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability with working knowledge of MS office tools.
- Aptitude to learn commercial lines general insurance products.
