**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE)
**Location**: CG Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Qualification**: Any Associate Degree / Graduate
**Experience Required**: 2 - 5 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹7,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum
**Gender**: Male / Female
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** through networking, referrals, and online research.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule client meetings, and present company products/services effectively.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Prepare and deliver **sales presentations and proposals** tailored to client needs.
- Conduct **market research** to understand customer requirements, trends, and competitor activity.
- Update and maintain client data in **CRM systems** and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Participate in **marketing campaigns, promotional events, and client engagement activities**.
- Provide regular feedback to management on business performance and market trends.
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Proven ability to **generate leads and close deals**.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Experience in **B2B / B2C sales, IT, real estate, or service-based industries** preferred.
