**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Marketing Representative to engage temple visitors and promote the Swarna Daan initiative, which encourages individuals to contribute gold (Swarna) as an act of devotion and support for temple activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visitor Engagement**: Approach temple visitors with a welcoming and friendly attitude, explaining the purpose and benefits of participating in the Swarna Daan program.
- **Program Promotion**: Effectively communicate the significance of Swarna Daan as an offering for temple development, spiritual benefits, and charitable activities.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop rapport with regular temple visitors and encourage their support in contributing gold donations for temple needs and initiatives.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about the Swarna Daan program, including how it works, the various donation options, and the long-term impact on the temple community.
- **Marketing Materials**: Distribute and help create brochures, flyers, or other promotional materials related to Swarna Daan, ensuring that they are distributed effectively within the temple premises.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within religious or community-based organizations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting religious and charitable causes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable with speaking to large groups of people, if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduation

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during temple visits.
- May involve occasional lifting or distribution of promotional materials

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
