**Job Title**: Sales Executive / Sales Representative
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing).
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs within assigned territory or segment.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the product/service being sold.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
