**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up VMC machines according to job requirements, drawings, and tool paths
- Load programs and make necessary offsets and corrections as per component tolerances
- Select appropriate tools, chucks, and fixtures for various materials and job types
- Perform first piece inspection and ensure part conformity using measuring instruments
- Coordinate with programmers, operators, and QA teams to ensure optimal machining results
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and preventive maintenance of machines

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
- **Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a VMC Setter** in a precision machining setup
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T
- Familiar with usage of precision measuring instruments like micrometers, Vernier calipers, and bore gauges
- Exposure to Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls preferred
