Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VMC/Turning Programmer cum Setter, located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for programming and setting up VMC and Turning machines, ensuring precision in the manufacturing process. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, developing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and adjusting machines, and overseeing the production to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience in the Aerospace or Automation industry is a plus
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Relevant experience in CNC programming and machine setup
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Experience in operating VMC or Turning machines
  • Knowledge of CNC programming
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of tooling selection and machining techniques
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
