**(Mitsubishi, HAAS, Fanuc, Heidenen, Siemens)**

**DIPLOMA/ITI/GTTC**
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining principles, tooling, and machining processes specific to VMCs.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), to set up the machine correctly.
- **Machine Setup**: Proficiency in setting up and preparing the CNC VMC for production runs, including loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- **Tool Selection and Setup**: Knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, and tooling setups required for different machining operations.
- **Programming Basics**: Understanding of CNC programming fundamentals, enough to verify and troubleshoot programs if necessary, though this is more critical for programmers than setters.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise during setup or machining, such as tool wear, chatter, or dimensional inaccuracies.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that machined parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards through accurate setup and monitoring.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Adherence to safety protocols and basic maintenance tasks to keep the CNC VMC in optimal operating condition.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and careful attention to detail during all phases of setup and machining to achieve accurate and consistent results.
- **Teamwork and Communication**: Collaboration with other team members, including operators, programmers, and supervisors, to ensure efficient production and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
