**Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid, Bangalore OR Pune, India)**

This is a 6 month contract project (extensions possible), 40 hours per week. MUST work 2 days/week onsite at the client's office in Bangalore OR Pune, India. (There might be some weeks when more onsite days will be required for special situations.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in Workday Recruiting to compile interview packets, gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner and make offers.
- Handle high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, for India-based roles.
- Use the scheduling tool: Goodtime for all interview scheduling

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including high-volume interview scheduling
- Experience with Workday Recruiting System, HIGHLY preferred
- Experience with interview scheduling tools (Goodtime, preferred)
- Strong skills/ability to work with recruiters and hiring managers
- Bachelors degree
