**Overview**:
Experience: 3- 6 Years

**Responsibilities**
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Translate business and product requirements into user-centric, functional, and elegant designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and functionality.
- Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system across platforms and projects.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a product-driven environment.
- A **strong portfolio** demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI design work. _(mandatory)_
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of **responsive design**, **mobile-first** principles, and **accessibility** standards.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
