About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and curious UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. You'll be working directly with the design lead and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, delightful, and effective experiences for our platform. This is a chance to work on real-world problems, grow your skill set, and make meaningful contributions in a fast-moving startup environment

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Participate in user research and usability testing.
- Help maintain design consistency across the platform using design systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff of designs.
- Take ownership of small design tasks and iterate based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design process.
- Proficiency in Figma (knowledge of design tokens is a big plus).
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator is a preferred.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in Framer or prototyping tools.

- Figma (for UI/UX design and prototyping)
- Framer (for advanced prototyping)
- Jitter for Lottie Animation (for website design and CMS)
- Jira & Notion (for project management and collaboration)
