RESPONSIBILITY:

- Perform **PDI **(_Pre-Dispatch Inspection)_ **PSI** (_Pre-Shipment Inspection)_ **FAT** (_Factory Acceptance Test)_ of solar photovoltaic (PV) components/ equipment.
- witnesses and review of **JB-Pull** (_Junction-Box Adhesion Test_) **EL** (_Electro Luminescence_), Flash Test, **HI-Pot** (High Voltage Potential), **MLT** (_Mechanical Load Test)_, Wet-Leakage in accordance with the **QAP **(_Quality Assurance Plan_) **/ Visual** criteria _**(training will be provided**_**)**.
- Daily inspection & monitoring of the manufacturing process works as per the **QAP/ Visual** criteria to meet the **AQL** (_Acceptance Quality Limits_) as per ISO standards.
- Issue **MDCC** (_Material Dispatch Clearance certificate_); witness the container loading operation and ensure the material loading activity is performed as per the standard process with qualified equipment.
- Verification of raw materials, and observe daily tests, guaranteeing adherence to the highest standards and swift identification of any deviations/ non-conformity/ non-compliance.
- Perform work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental (**HSE**) requirements of the company and the client. Undergo all requisite safety and technical training.
- Work safely under all circumstances, seek guidance regarding unfamiliar work to ensure safety and understanding of tasks to be performed.
- Handle and maintain company’s tools, tackles, instruments & equipment safely.
- Keep track of work performed and update to the supervisor.
- Respond “on-call” as directed by supervisor to assist on immediate site assessment and overnight travel as needed.
- Ability to understand directions, follow procedures, and complete tasks with mínimal oversight.
- Perform work independently and/or in work crews.
- Perform/ assist with technical and administrative duties.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Always maintains safety and professionalism.
- 30% travel and 70% On-site work.

QUALIFICATIONS
- **Diploma **in “**ELECTRICAL**” from recognized college/ university.
- At least **1 year experience** in **PDI **(_Pre-Dispatch Inspection)_ **PSI** (_Pre-Shipment Inspection)_ **FAT** (_Factory Acceptance Test)_.
- Technical understanding of operations and functions of all components/ equipment associated with solar PV power plant.
- Working knowledge of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment.
- Familiarity of basic safety principles including LOTO and electrical safety.
- Committed to exercise an accident-free work environment.
- Basic communication skills both written and verbal (**English**).
- Must be able to travel and work outdoors in **PAN** **India** under different weather conditions.
