Responsible for resolving all INFRA issues, Responsible for Server Migrations
Responsible for Software upgrades of Web Sphere, IHS, Apache, Tomcat, MQ, NDM etc..
Responsible for all Certificate upgrades of Web Sphere, IHS, Apache, Tomcat, MQ, NDM etc..,
Good knowledge on patch upgrades
Familiar in various tools including ServiceNow, Autosys, Bit bucket and tools
Coordination with PROD, UAT, SA and DBA teams for SA Patch installation and VTM Patches
Responsible for coordinating the issues with SA, DBA, Middleware, Scheduling, Autosys teams for any Server related issues
Responsible for coordinating the issues with SA, DBA, Middleware, Storage, Scheduling, Autosys teams for Data Centre migration
Responsible for Change Requests for all the Infra Releases and Functional ID creations, Application upgrades, build, setup of environments
