Sfdc Lead Conusltant

Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement scalable and reusable solutions on the Salesforce platform Work on a variety of internal projects supporting different business units and functions Develop custom applications using Apex LWC Triggers and other Salesforce tools Manage and configure the platform using Salesforce admin capabilities Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems using REST SOAP APIs or middleware tools Use CI CD tools e g Git Jenkins Copado Gearset to support version control and deployment automation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Ensure code quality performance and adherence to best practices Required Skills Qualifications 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration Proficient in Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and SOQL SOSL Experience working on a variety of Salesforce projects across different domains or business units Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and tools like MuleSoft Dell Boomi etc Experience with CI CD and version control tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce DX and unlocked packages Platform Developer I certification Developer II or Admin cert is a plus Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Familiarity with data migration and backup tools Data Loader Workbench etc
