**Job location - Fort, Mumbai (Near to Kala Ghoda)**

**Working Days - Monday - Friday**

**Job Profile -**

1) Maintain diary & remind the manager.
2) Make travel bookings - tickets, Hotel, local transport..
3) Keep track of the managers projects and ensure timely sample dispatches.
4) Keep track of the orders and ensure timely dispatches & update manager about the same.
5) Arrange zoom meetings with the sales persons assigned to the manager & take MOM.
6) Coordinate with the back office team as instructed by the manager.
7) Assist manager in fragrance evaluation by keeping the samples ready & make notes of the evaluation.
8) Coordinate with the clients handled by the manager, strictly as per manager's instruction.
9) Arrange zoom meetings for the project review with the MD, need to coordinate with MD's assistant & the entire team involved in review.
10) Take notes of the MD's instructions and prepare MOM accordingly.
11) Maintain reports of the sales done each month by the manager - Local & Exports
12) Maintain reports of the sampling done to the manager's clients
14) Manage DHL bookings whenever required & keep track of DHL deliveries & update the manager
15) Review every week about the status of samples & orders
16) Assist back office team only if required on manager's instruction

3) Good English communication
4) Location preferably from close vicinity

**Experience**:
1) Applicant must have experience of min. 4-5 yrs;
Qualification:
1) Any Graduate or Post-graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
