Urgent requirement for **International Customer Support Advisor**

Location**:Chandigarh & Mohali**

Salary package: 18k to 30k in-hand

5 days working (US Shifts)

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/UG can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
