The Sec & Derivatives Supv is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to process corporate action and income events with complete understanding of CA lifecycle - Asset Servicing team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless process of Corporate action and income payment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise operating efficiency and ensure the entire team meets performance and quality expectations of assigned tasks
- Resolve escalated issues and provide appropriate closure to those problems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, including service or technology enhancements and train staff on all changes
- Analyze data to identify control deficiencies and resolve discovered issues through implementing appropriate procedures
- Identify control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures
- Serve as backup for manager as required
- Understanding of asset servicing and capital markets (corporate action, income, Bonds, Tax and structured products)

**Qualifications**:

- 3-6 years of corporate action and income experience
- Experience in people management
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
