**Educational Qualification**:DME Mechanical, BE Mechanical

**Key Skills**:

- Good knowledge and experience of using measuring instruments i.e vernier calliper; depth gauge, micrometer, Scale, Squares etc
- Minimum 1yr of shop floor experience - involved in fabrication process
- Knowledge & experience of Welding, fitment, inspection of fabrication
- Knowledge & experience of various Quality Control and Quality Assurance methods.
- Knowledge & experience of manufacturing tolerances, machining tolerances.
- Knowledge & experience of documentation of details (via MS word / MS Excel)
- NDT tests such as MPT, DPT, RT and UTG and its relevant documentation
- Knowledge of various standards such ISO 3834, AWS D1.1, ASME Sec. IX etc

**Soft Skills**
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with vendors and internal staff like technicians, fitters, welders and staff to help in any execution hurdle.
- Innovation, Ready to take Challenging designs concepts and out of the box thinking,
- Ownership :Willing to take over all responsibility to ensure quality product and timely delivery

**Major responsibilities**:

- Quality engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. Person will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
- Interacting with vendor to know the exact business needs.
- Attend internal / vendor calls in case of design approval hurdle, understanding of design requirement and providing it to vendor
- Preparing a working model for continues Quality Improvement
- Training Ground staff on all technical parameters.
- Checking and preparation of Inspection Reports for raw material and finished goods (inbound / outbound) to maintain 100% traceability.
- Ensuring proper document and accessibility of records for all welding activities and other activities related to Quality Control
- Preparation of Document like Delivery Challan ; GRPO on daily basis for movement of material to respective vendors / clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
