**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct inspections and quality tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
2. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment.
3. Record and report inspection results, identifying and documenting any defects or non-conformities.
4. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
5. Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.
6. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to prevent reoccurrence of quality issues.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control methods and techniques.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures related to quality control.
10. Train and mentor junior quality inspectors, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
2. Proven work experience as a quality inspector or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
4. Familiarity with quality control tools and equipment.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
8. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**:
The salary range for this position is 12000/-per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
