Participate in campus and community events.

*Maintain regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students.

*Participate in student recruitment, registration, and placement activities.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accounting Trainer to join our educational institute. The Accounting Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering accounting courses to students, providing individualized support to learners, and assessing student progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Develop and deliver accounting courses to students using a range of teaching methods and materials.

*Monitor and assess student progress, provide feedback, and support students in meeting their learning objectives.

*Develop and maintain lesson plans, course materials, and other teaching resources.

*Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting practices, regulations, and legislation.

*Collaborate with other trainers and academic staff to develop and improve the accounting curriculum.

*Provide support and guidance to students outside of class time.

*Participate in meetings, committees, and other institutional activities as required.

**Requirements**:
** Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field, and prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.**

*Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.

*Knowledge of current accounting practices, regulations, and legislation.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Demonstrated commitment to student success and a student-centered approach to teaching.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
