**Job Title: Accounting, Tally & Taxation Trainer**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver hands-on and theoretical training in:
Basic to Advanced Accounting

Tally Prime with GST

Inventory & Payroll Management in Tally

Direct Taxation (Income Tax, TDS)

Indirect Taxation (GST with Returns Filing)

MS Excel for Accountants

Bank Reconciliation, Final Accounts, MIS Reports

E-filing of ITR, TDS, GST Returns using Government Portals

Practical Exposure to Accounting Software and Tools

Develop curriculum plans, assignments, and industry-based case studies

Guide students in real-world accounting tasks and documentation

Monitor student performance through assessments, viva, and project reviews

Prepare students for interviews, internships, and job placements

Keep training material updated with the latest changes in tax laws and software

Maintain training records including student attendance, progress, and feedback

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or teaching/training

Proficiency in Tally Prime, GST, Income Tax, and e-filing portals

Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, practical manner

Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
