**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes of garments and têxtiles.
- Oversee the daily operations of the production unit and manage a team of tailors, fabricators, and support staff.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Manage raw material procurement in coordination with the purchase and design teams.
- Develop and track production schedules to meet sales and marketing deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and labor regulations within the unit.
- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and management to align production with brand goals.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Production, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in apparel/têxtile manufacturing or garment production.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and cost control.
- Leadership skills to manage floor staff and ensure discipline.
- Proficiency in inventory and workflow management tools is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused.
