**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup and configuration of calling systems for internal communication
- Coordination and management of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for computers and peripherals
- Installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of IT hardware and equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
- Liaison with internet service providers to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
- Routine monitoring and minor updates to the company website (basic knowledge of website CMS/tools required)
- Preparing systems for new employees and resolving any hardware/software-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation of all IT assets, including inventory and usage tracking
- Provide general technical support to office staff and ensure quick resolution of issues

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
- Understanding of system setup, installation, and software configuration
- Ability to coordinate with vendors/service providers
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data management and inventory handling for IT equipment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
