Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, document, and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies in a clear and detailed manner.
- Conduct mobile app testing on different platforms (iOS, Android) and ensure optimal performance across devices.
- Perform website testing to validate user interfaces, functionalities, and browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Work with test management tools like Jira etc. to document test results, track bugs, and communicate progress.
- Provide feedback on user experience and recommend improvements for both mobile and web platforms.
- Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
- Microsoft SharePoint Domain Knowledge

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of test case creation and execution.
- Experience with mobile app testing on both iOS and Android devices.
- Familiarity with website testing, including cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Ability to identify, report, and track bugs efficiently using bug-tracking tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Understanding of basic automation concepts (though this role focuses on manual testing).
