Job Title: Junior QA Tester

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Junior QA Tester with a passion for quality assurance and a basic understanding of automation testing. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual testing to identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing features work as expected after updates or modifications.
- Run basic automation scripts and assist in setting up automation frameworks.
- Report and track software defects, providing clear and concise documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates, share feedback, and improve testing processes.
- Continuously learn and grow in testing methodologies and automation tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Basic understanding of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adapt to new technologies and processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to basic scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
