Description
Printing Designer and Operator Responsibilities:

- Design and create printing layouts for customer requests.
- Evaluate customer requirements and suggest the best printing solution.
- Prepare files for production and adjust colors, images, and text to meet customer specifications.
- Operate digital printing machines and other printing equipment.
- Monitor printing machines to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform post-production activities such as folding, cutting, and binding.
- Inspect printed materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep records of materials and supplies used in production and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
