- Knowledge of admissions policies, standards, and procedures, student recruitment and retention issues
- Effective communication techniques using tact and professionalism.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with staff, management, students and parents.
- Strong presentation skills and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and advice to applicants on Admissions from first enquiry through to enrolment
- Arrange and administer academic testing or interaction of applicants as appropriate for the admission process
- Attend events including international school fairs to recruit new students
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer regarding the development of print and digital assets related to admissions like brochures, prospectus, forms, etc.
- Perform all the activities related to the smooth induction of new students in the school
- To keep abreast of academic developments and update the admission form, policies, and procedures as and when necessary
- Keep up to date with market intelligence and report on the competitor landscape.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
